Android & iOS app development

Useful in the moment. Built for the hand.

Design a mobile product around the task, not just a smaller screen. RISPU helps define and build Android and iOS experiences with clear flows, practical device behavior and an agreed release path.

Discuss your project
Touch-first flows. Deliberate device behavior.

Start with the
actual friction.

  • Users need a repeatable task to work well on the move.
  • Your product needs device capabilities a website may not provide.
  • You want to test a mobile flow before a larger build.

The pieces.
The purpose.

Explore the scope. We agree the combination around your project.

01

Mobile product definition

Map the core task, users, device context and smallest useful first version.

02

Android & iOS interfaces

Build touch-first journeys with readable content, accessible controls and clear feedback.

03

Connected app functionality

Integrate approved backend services, accounts and data flows with appropriate permissions and error handling.

04

Device testing & release preparation

Check supported devices and key flows, and prepare the agreed store or distribution requirements.

Clear scope.
Visible review.

What the work can produce

  • Mobile user flows and a platform decision
  • A prototype or implemented application within scope
  • Core-flow and supported-device test evidence
  • Distribution preparation and handover documentation

What we need to begin

  • A product owner and clear device/platform requirements
  • Approved backend access, data handling and account setup
  • Owner-controlled developer accounts where distribution requires them

A human checkpoint, not a hidden handoff.

Prototype flows are reviewed before wider implementation. Permissions, device behavior and release material need approval; store acceptance and review timing are controlled by the platforms.

The full approach

Make one mobile task feel straightforward

Conceptual example — not a client case study

A field-work app could guide a person through capturing information, reviewing it and sending it to an existing system. Offline support would be a deliberate scope decision, not an assumed feature.

  1. Understand
  2. Design & build
  3. Review & launch
  4. Improve

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Should we build an app or a mobile website?

We compare the task, device capabilities, distribution and maintenance needs. A responsive website may be enough; an app should have a clear reason to exist.

Can one product support Android and iOS?

Yes, that can be planned. The implementation approach depends on required device features, platform behavior and maintenance constraints, which we assess before choosing a stack.

Is app-store approval guaranteed?

No. The platforms control review and acceptance. We can prepare the agreed requirements and submission materials, but cannot guarantee approval or review time.
