A tool could collect an incoming request, organize its details, suggest a summary and wait for a person to approve the next step. The system assists the decision; it does not silently make it.

Yes. A focused prototype can test the uncertain part of a workflow before committing to a wider product. Its limits and evaluation criteria should be explicit.
The approved use case determines what is allowed. Access and consequential actions need defined boundaries, review and stop conditions. A demo is not evidence that unrestricted automation is safe.
Potentially. We first check their APIs, permissions, data formats and operating constraints. We do not promise integrations before confirming the supported access.
